Cihan Haydar, the founder of Aquawelt, is an aquaculture engineer and has been working in Turkey's largest fish and fish feed factories since 2015. He has extensive knowledge of fish production, sales and shipping. He currently lives in Munich, Germany.

In addition, they continue their journey under the motto “As delicious as life” with Mr. Kemal Erduyan, Sales and Planning Manager for Turkey, with their knowledge and experience in the fields of fish and agriculture.
